Mixing
Thorough and complete mixing is critical. A Jiffy mixer is recommended. Prior to mixing, gently stir each component separately to insure that the material is homogenous and uniform in consistency. Carefully proportion each component at the ratio of 4 parts A (resin) to 1 part B (hardener) by volume or, if using 5-gallon kits, pour all of Part B (hardener) into Part A (resin) and mix at 200 – 300 RPM for 3 – 5 minutes. No stripes or color variation should be visible in the mix.
IMPORTANT: After mixing, wait 10 – 15 minutes before application to allow for the required "induction" of material prior to application. Mix no more material than may be applied in 3 hours.
